FIELD INSTRUCTIONS:
Public - Appears on your public business listing.
Members - Chamber Members can see this field when signed in.
Private - Only you and the website administrator sees the information entered.
You can use Permissions to change what fields the public, members or only the administrator sees.
Please do not use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS anywhere in your listing unless it is for initials.

1. First Name: (Members) If your business includes a spouse enter both first names in the field. ie: John and Jane. If you are a company representative and don't want to use your name enter the company name with the first word in the First Name field and the second word in the Last Name field.
2. Last Name: (Members) This does not appear on your public profile. Enter your last name or the second word of the company you represent.
3. Business: (Public) Enter your company name.
4. Business Address: (Public) Enter the Physical Address of your business.
5. Business City, State, Zip: (Public) Enter the Physcial Address of your business. ie: Soda Springs, ID 83276
6. Business Phone: (Public) Enter your business phone number. Please use this format: 208-000-0000 so smart phones can read it.
7. e-Mail: (Private) Enter your e-mail address. This is also your Login email so if you change it you will need to use it to sign in. To protect your email address from spammers the public will be able to click the "Send message" button in your profile and fill out a form to contact you.
8. Logo: (Public) You can upload your logo or a photo. It will be resized to maximum of 110 x 110 pixels or about 1 inch.
9. Personal Phone: (Private) Enter a second phone number. You can make it public using Privacy settings.
10. Employees: (Private) Enter the number of employees you have.
11. Password & Confirm Password: Leave blank to keep current password. Please create secure passwords.
12. Job title: (Members and/or Private): Please enter your job title.
13. Address: (Private) Enter your Mailing Address. The administrator will use this to send you mail.
14. City: (Private) Enter your Mailing City using two capital letters such as ID.
15. Postal code: (Private) Enter your Mailing Zip Code.
16. Website: (Public) Enter your complete website address in this format: http://www.yourwebsite.com.
17. Business Information: (Public) Enter up to 3000 characters of text about your business products and services.
    Include key terms and products that a user might search for such as pizza, hardware, computers, insurance, etc.
    You will receive a warning when the 3000 character limit has been exceeded.
    Use your own words. If you wish to use the words of someone else please quote them, citing the source.
    Please do not use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS anywhere in your listing.
    Profanity, sexual content or false information is prohibited.
18. Industry: (Public) Choose up to 2 categories that your listing will appear in. Please don't enter your listing into categories that don't relate to your business.

By submitting the form, member acknowledges receipt of Chamber policy and agrees to comply with said policy, as well as municipal, State and Federal law, and acknowledges that membership may be terminated if such is not followed. Members will operate their businesses in a manner that reflects positively on the Chamber. The Soda Springs Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to review any membership and reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at the Chamber’s absolute discretion. Dues will not be refunded.
